Boney Creek Development Ltd and Great Slave Helicopters are pleased to announce
they have joined forces and entered into a Joint Venture agreement in February 2021.

Great Slave Helicopters comes with 37 years of successful operations, maintains a
long-standing reputation for safety, professionalism, and experience providing a
diverse range of specialized helicopter services. With a fleet of 37 single and twin-engine turbine helicopters provides responsive and innovative helicopter solutions to
valued clients. GSH areas of expertise are; drill moving, camp support, research
support, forest fire suppression, seismic exploration, geophysical survey, utility, and
tourism.

Much like the Canadian federal and provincial governments systems, the Nisga’a
Nation has both a national and local governments. Nisga’a Lisims Government (NLG)
is responsible for the governance of the Nisga’a Nation as a whole and represents the
Nisga’a Nation in intergovernmental relations. Each of the four Nisga’a villages acts
through its Nisga’a Village Government in exercising its rights, power and privileges,
and in carrying out its duties, function and obligations relating to that village and its
residents in the Nass area. Boney Creek Development Ltd is an Economic
Development arm of the Laxgalts’ap Village Government with the directive to promote
local, regional and national opportunities that will attract and retain business
investment, create employment, diversify the economy through strong industry
partnerships. Targeting strategic growth, strengthening the business community, and
capitalizing on educational institutions.

Through the Boney Creek-GSH Joint Venture partnership the collective goal is to
produce value and real benefits to the ventures and their communities. The Joint
venture works under the Management Committee in which Boney Creek Development
Ltd has 51% voting controlling share in the Venture and GSH has 49% voting
controlling share in the Venture. Direct benefits provided to the Laxgalts’ap village in
the form of community and social benefits include education grants, job skills
programs, preferential employment opportunities and participation in the Aircraft
Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship program and revenue share. Both companies
will work together to secure contracts in the Nass region and promote each other
interests in a socially responsible manner.

The Boney Creek-GSH Joint Venture is positioned to meet the helicopter service
needs of companies and public organizations involved in mineral exploration and
mining, infrastructure planning and development, oil and gas, utility, wildlife surveys on
the traditional lands of the Nass area. Strategically based in Terrace BC with airport
facilities, Great Slave Helicopters should be considered as a preferred supplier by
companies or organizations requiring contract rotary-wing services within the Nass
area.
